DOES FIRST PACK OFFER A GRAGHIC DESIGN SERVICE TO CREATE MY DESIGN?
Yes, we do. In most cases this service is free of charge. If there is a high level of complexity or multiple changes required, we may charge you a fee.
DO I HAVE A CHOICE OF MATERIALS TO USE FOR MY FOOD PACKAGING PRODUCTS?
Yes, we can offer a broad range of materials. Some MOQ’s may differ based on material selection and some materials can not be printed on. ie; For example we cannot print on sugar cane or corn starch products.
HOW LONG WILL IT USUALLY TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER?
Once all the Terms & Conditions have been finalised, delivery would normally take around 8 weeks
ARE ANY OF YOUR FOOD PACKAGING PRODUCTS COMPOSTABLE OR BIODEGRADABLE?
All of our paper products are biodegradable and recyclable and our sugar cane products are compostable.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS FOR MY CUSTOM BRANDED FOOD PACKAGING ORDER?
In most cases our trading terms are COD with a 50% deposit paid prior to commencement of production and the balance payable before delivery.
AM I ABLE TO ARRANGE PICK-UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you are. Although you must collect 100% of your order as we do not offer a warehouse storage service.
WHAT IF I JUST WANTED TO BUY UNBRANDED PRODUCTS, WHAT WOULD BE THE MOQ?
1 x pallet is the minimum order – We do not offer small order carton quantities, therefore all orders must be at least one full pallet.
